In all, 700 company-operated stores in the U.S. are taking part, including EZ Trip, Mr. Fuel, Stamart and Pride. Pilot ranks No. 10 on Forbes\u2019 list of America\u2019s Largest Private Companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs we celebrate the Fourth of July, it\u2019s important to recognize those who serve and protect our country,\u201d said James A. Haslam II, Pilot founder and veteran. \u201cPilot has had a long history of giving back to veteran-related causes, including the Call of Duty Endowment. The change in your pocket can add up to life-changing support for our nation\u2019s service men and women.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veterans are urgently seeking employment due to the economic impacts of the pandemic. Organizations receiving grants from the Endowment report higher demand for their services and support. The Endowment helps veterans prepare and transition to civilian careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conjunction with Veterans Day in&nbsp; 2019, Pilot donated $100,000 to support the Endowment\u2019s goal of getting 100,000 veterans back to work by 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are incredibly grateful for the commitment and generosity of Pilot Company and their guests, who are helping us ensure high quality employment for veterans during these very difficult times,\u201d said Call of Duty Endowment executive director, retired Capt.
